Congratulations to our 2021 Atlanta ARCS Light, Frances Swensson!  Frances has been a member of ARCS since 2007 and, among many other responsibilities, has served as Chair and Chair-Elect of the Scholar Awards Luncheon, Internal Communications Chair, VP Administration, and VP Membership.  In addition, she has served on, or is serving on, numerous committees on the local level including the Strategic Planning Committee.

On the National level, Frances serves on the ARCS National Chapter Engagement Committee and the National All Members Conference Committee. 

As several of those who nominated her said, “She contributes with equal commitment whether she is the chair or is in support of an ARCS function.”  “Frances is a thinker and a doer and a valuable member of our organization.”  “I consider her to be an unsung hero!”
