In 2022, ARCS Foundation Atlanta Chapter celebrated three decades of support for scholars at Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Morehouse College, and the University of Georgia. Since our founding in 1992 through our scholar class of 2023-2024, our chapter has provided over $7 million dollars for more than 1100 individual scholar awards.
The Atlanta Chapter brings together corporate and private individuals, university leaders, and scholars to create state-of-the-art research and bring innovative companies to our state. We are bound together by our vision for the future – funding STEM scholars who will change the world.
ARCS Atlanta celebrates 30+ years of support for STEM scholars with a 30th Anniversary Endowment Campaign, launched on January 1, 2022. The goal of this campaign is to bring the Atlanta Chapter endowment to over $1 million. This will ensure the support of our scholars and the sustainability of our chapter for decades to come. As of July 31, 2023, our Endowment balance is $789,452.
“As the world of COVID vaccines made us aware of the value of scientific research, ARCS Atlanta strengthens the pipeline of STEM talent in Georgia.”
