The ARCS Foundation Atlanta Chapter’s Scholar Awards Luncheon on November 14 will present a total of $285,000 in awards to 40 outstanding scholars from Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Morehouse College and the University of Georgia. Keynote speaker, Dr. Daniel L. Barrow, MBNA/Bowman Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery and Director of the Emory Stroke Center at Emory University School of Medicine, will discuss health issues and advancements related to his field.
