Lina Dimitrov
Davis Award
Ph.D. Candidate, Epidemiology
Emory University
Lina is a doctoral candidate in Epidemiology at Emory University, where she is a current Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center Scholar and National Institute on Aging F31 Fellow. Her research focuses on the impact of the physical and social environment on neuropsychiatric outcomes. She previously studied Neuroscience, graduating with a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. In January 2020, Lina received an M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University, where she was an Activist Achievement Award scholar and was inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Society. In her spare time, Lina enjoys photography, taking dance classes, and spending time outside with her dog.
