Welcome to the Scholar Online Registration 

You and up to 2 guests are invited at no cost. Scholar participation is expected.  In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, please contact your University Representative for guidance and complete the registration following.

NOTE: Your advisor will be invited separately, so please do not include as one of your guests.  If you need to change the name of your guest, or have any questions after you have registered please contact sac.atlanta@arcsfoundation.org.

Registration Instructions

1. Indicate the total number of people you are registering, including yourself.

2. Register yourself on this page and select "Continue." 

3. If you are registering a guest, a page will follow for you to register your guest. You will need your guest's email address.  Your guest will also receive an email confirmation receipt. Be sure to include a prefix such as Dr., Hon., Gen., etc.  Reminder! You should not include your advisor as your guest - they will be invited separately.

4. Follow prompts and check your email for a confirmation receipt.

We will use Name Badge and Organization Affiliation when we print your name tag.  Please make sure these fields are the way you would like them on your name tag.

Atlanta Scholar Registrant Information
Name Badge is a required field. List how your name is to be printed on your name tag. Include titles such as Dr., Hon., Gen., if applicable.
List how you would like the name of your organization affiliation printed on your name tag i.e. name of University/Company/Foundation/Volunteer Organization.
